Appointments & Cancellations

We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or limited future availability.

Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on your dog’s size, coat condition, degree of matting, and temperament. We will always discuss pricing with you before beginning any service.

Health & Safety

For the safety of all animals in our care, please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, behavioral issues, or past grooming difficulties before your appointment. We reserve the right to stop a groom if we believe it is causing undue stress or risk to your pet.

Matting

Severely matted coats may require a shorter clip to humanely remove the matting. We will always discuss options with you first, but in cases where matting is causing discomfort, the welfare of your dog takes priority. Additional fees may apply for dematting services.

Liability

Muddy Paws Grooming takes every care with your pet. However, in the rare event of an accident or injury that occurs despite our best efforts, our liability is limited to the cost of the grooming service. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this.
